In-person or online, I deliver workshops which help teams build capacity for leadership, strengthen their foundations and improve performance.

No matter the title or type of team, participants regularly report gaining new insights, knowledge, and skills to lead more effectively in their day to day.

As an ex-Engingeering Leader and leadership coach, I’ve facilitated dozens of workshops with teams as small as three to as large as 30. My goal is always to bring my hands-on experience as a leader to the topics that I teach, to ensure the learning is as practical and relevant as possible. I pride myself on my ability to make participants feel welcome and supported, while still challenging their habits and beliefs, where appropriate.
