Team development
Accelerate your team’s learning and get the results your business needs
Effective teams are crucial to the success of your business. Great teams have high levels of performance, accountability and reliability. But, supporting several leaders at once can be a challenge to run in parallel to your regular work. This is where I can help.
Using tried and tested techniques, combined with my own experience as an engineering leader, I offer team development training to help teams at all levels level up, thrive as a team and support the success of their organizations.
I regularly work with diverse groups with different cultural backgrounds and needs. No matter what support your engineering team needs to achieve its goals: I’m here to lend my expertise and facilitation skills to help your team succeed.
My tailored team coaching curriculums are built on unique principals which accelerate growth, helping teams learn and grow together, quickly. Team development is optimized for:
Helping teams achieve the results they need. I don’t just deliver a pre-written presentation: We design a curriculum together, involving business stakeholders like team managers and HR/people teams from the outset, in order to create buy-in and alignment.
Building momentum. Teams remain engaged throughout the duration of training, providing more opportunity to learn and grow.
Fast improvements through application and short feedback loops. Growth doesn’t happen when I present a slide deck, it happens when participants turn information into action.
Accountability. A system of accountability and mentorship means learning is followed up with and reinforced.
Reflection. Self-guided learning, practical exercises, and group feedback discussions mean participants are constantly reflecting and putting their learnings into practice

“It was great to discuss with my fellow managers and hear their opinions and experiences. It helps that we’re able to discuss our specific questions and topics, I think it’s a great use of the synchronous time we have. I also enjoy hearing about Lena’s experience as a leader and on what’s worked or hasn’t worked well for her.”
